US condemns Iranian seizure of ship - White House

The United States condemned Iran's seizure of an oil tanker off the coast of Oman and called for the immediate release of the ship and its crew, the White House said on Thursday.
"No justification whatsoever to seize it, none whatsoever. They need to let it go," White House national security spokesperson John Kirby told reporters on Thursday.
