The 84 Battalion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) organized a free medical camp at the Government Higher Secondary School in the Kud area of Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur on Sunday. The day-long camp aimed to provide free medical checkups and medicines to underprivileged villagers.

Around 250 people, including elderly individuals, women, and children, benefited from the initiative. Anu Gorke (SMO/DC) and Manish Rundla (MO/AC) of the CRPF provided medical care to the participants. Commandant N Ranbir Singh was present at this camp and he pointed out that 84 Bn CRPF is deployed in J-K, securing a crucial stretch of NH 44, a vital lifeline to the Kashmir Valley.

The free medical camp served as a social outreach program to connect with the local populace, particularly those lacking easy access to quality healthcare facilities. The villagers expressed their sincere gratitude to the 84 Bn CRPF for organizing this beneficial program. (ANI)
