China's Stance on Russia-Ukraine Conflict: A Peace Advocate or Silent Participant?
China asserts that its efforts to support peace in the Russia-Ukraine conflict should be recognized. Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Mao Ning emphasized that China has not exacerbated the tension. This comes amid accusations from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that Russia and China aim to disrupt his upcoming global peace summit.

China believes that all efforts should be recognised by all in supporting peace measures around the Russia-Ukraine war, a spokesperson for the Chinese foreign ministry said on Monday.
China has never "fanned fire or fuelled the flames", said Mao Ning, addressing a question on a peace summit.
According to a report, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has accused Russia and China of attempting to undermine his upcoming global peace summit in Switzerland.
