A family of three in Neyyattinkara tragically died by suicide, allegedly due to financial problems. Despite informing friends and relatives beforehand and being rushed to a nearby hospital, the family succumbed to their condition.

A tragic incident has sent shockwaves through the Neyyattinkara community as a three-member family died by suicide due to alleged financial difficulties, police reported on Monday.

The deceased, identified as Manilal (52), his wife Smitha (45), and their son Abhilal (22), were found unconscious by local residents on Sunday night.

Despite the family's prior communication with friends and relatives about their drastic decision, swift efforts to rush them to a nearby hospital proved futile, and they could not be saved, authorities confirmed.
