India ranks as the world's second-largest producer of Lychees, known for their unique, delicate flavor and complexity. However, up to 50 percent of the country's production is wasted due to suboptimal supply chains. Superplum addresses this issue by employing modern techniques for chilling, trimming, cleaning, and packing the fruit directly at the farms. This process ensures that the lychees maintain their natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional value, without resorting to chemical preservatives like sulfites.
