On Tuesday, Hitachi Energy India Ltd revealed it has secured a substantial order valued at Rs 790 crore from Hitachi Energy Australia Pty Ltd.
The order is earmarked for execution over four years, according to a Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) filing. The project, Marinus Link, is of national importance for Australia and will involve the supply of a high voltage direct current (HVDC) link.
Key equipment for this significant endeavor will be manufactured and delivered from Hitachi's factory in India. The Marinus Link project is integral to Australia's future energy landscape, confirming Hitachi Energy's pivotal role in supporting this initiative.
