28-Year-Old Tour Worker Fatally Stabbed in Delhi's Bhajanpura Area
A 28-year-old man, Sumit, was fatally stabbed in Delhi's Bhajanpura area following a verbal altercation. Police have launched an investigation and are scrutinizing CCTV footage to identify the culprits. Sumit was previously charged with attempted murder but was out on bail.

A 28-year-old man employed in the tour and travel industry was fatally stabbed last night at 11:30 pm in the Gamri Extension area, under the jurisdiction of Bhajanpura Police Station in Delhi. The incident occurred after a verbal dispute with three to four individuals.
DCP North East Delhi Police Joy Tirkey confirmed the incident, stating, "The altercation took place at 11:30 pm. The victim, Sumit, who also ran a gym, sustained 17 stab wounds to his face, neck, chest, and abdomen. He was declared dead upon arrival at JPC hospital."
Preliminary investigations reveal that Sumit was attacked outside an acquaintance's residence after a heated argument. Authorities have registered a case and are reviewing nearby CCTV footage to identify the attackers. Efforts are underway to apprehend the culprits.
It is noteworthy that Sumit had a prior charge of attempted murder against him but had been granted bail by the Delhi High Court.
Additionally, in another case, Delhi Police arrested three individuals in connection with the murder of a 40-year-old African national in the Nihal Vihar area. The suspects, identified as Rajesh, Abhishek, and Mohit, allegedly killed the victim after a dispute over a drug transaction.
