Punjab Taxi Operators Meet Deputy CM Over Key Issues

Krishan highlighted the persistent conflict between the taxi unions of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab, urging immediate intervention to ensure harmony among operators in both states, according to an official statement.

Additionally, Krishan requested relief from taxes on tourist vehicles and called for enhanced facilities and safety measures for taxi operators. Deputy Chief Minister Agnihotri listened attentively to the concerns and demands, emphasizing the need for brotherhood among taxi operators. He assured that the government is dedicated to supporting the taxi industry and improving working conditions.
