Pankaj Chaudhary Highlights Budget-2024: A Step Towards New India

Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary on Saturday termed this year's budget as a significant stride towards constructing a new India, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision.

During a press conference in Gorakhpur, Chaudhary stressed that the 2024-25 budget was developed with the citizens’ interests at its core, featuring reductions in GST and tax slab relief. It aims to transform India into a developed nation by 2047, with a focus on women, the poor, farmers, and the youth.

Chaudhary highlighted that the budget is geared towards boosting GDP growth and job creation, while also advancing the education sector. He criticized the opposition for overlooking the positive changes and assured that the budget allocations cover multiple sectors, including agriculture, education, and the military, signifying comprehensive development.
