Delay in Ram Temple Construction Due to Worker Shortage, Says Committee Chairman

Chairman Nripendra Mishra reveals that the Ram Temple's scheduled completion by December 2024 is delayed by two months due to a worker shortage caused by weather difficulties. Increased manpower is needed to meet the deadline, despite ongoing challenges.

The Chairman of the Ram Temple Construction Committee, Nripendra Mishra, announced a delay in the temple's completion, initially set for December 2024, due to a worker shortage linked to adverse weather conditions.

Mishra highlighted the construction of the temple's shikhar (pinnacle) as a primary challenge and noted that the second floor and its domes must be finished first. According to him, progress lags by two months.

Larsen and Toubro (L&T) have been urged to hire 200 to 250 additional workers to accelerate the project. Despite setbacks, Mishra remains hopeful about meeting the December deadline. The temple's Pran Pratishtha was conducted in January, attracting lakhs of devotees.
