Amid relentless rainfall in Delhi, multiple areas including ITO experience persistent waterlogging, necessitating the pumping out of water at the Institute of Town Planners, India.

The Delhi Traffic Police issued an advisory, diverting vehicles towards Laxmi Nagar and Preet Vihar. Additionally, waterlogged regions like Railway Under Bridge, Ram Bagh Road, and Azad Market impacted traffic on Veer Banda Bairagi Marg.
An advisory from Delhi Traffic Police listed diversion routes: "At Y-Point Kishangunj, take a U-Turn and then a right towards Police Station Gulabi Bagh, followed by the underpass. Traffic from DCM Chowk to Azad Market will divert towards Pul Bangash - Roshanara Underpass. Vehicles from Pull Mithai should turn right at Azad Market Red Light, and those from Barfkhana Chowk will take a U-Turn at Azad Market." The public was urged via social media to exercise patience and adhere to traffic rules.
