CAMS Reports Impressive Q1 Growth with 42% PAT Increase

Registrar and transfer agent CAMS on Friday reported a significant 42 per cent increase in profit after tax (PAT), reaching Rs 108.21 crore for the three months ended June 2024.

The company's previous year's PAT was Rs 76.34 crore, Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS) stated.

Revenue also experienced a 27 per cent rise, amounting to Rs 331.40 crore in April-June FY25 compared to Rs 261.3 crore in the corresponding period last year.

CAMS Managing Director Anuj Kumar stated, "Overall, the company's assets under service crossed the Rs 40 lakh crore milestone on the back of solid performance of equity assets, which grew at 55 per cent year-on-year and 11 per cent quarter-on-quarter."

CAMS is the largest registrar and transfer agent of mutual funds in India, holding a 68 per cent market share based on average assets under management (AAUM).
