Traffic Disruptions in Delhi Due to Sewer Damage and Water Logging

Commuters in Delhi are facing traffic disruptions due to sewer damage on Ghazipur Dairy Farm Road and water logging in Mundka. Authorities advise alternate routes and patience as repair work continues.

Traffic disruptions are affecting commuters on Ghazipur Dairy Farm Road due to a damaged sewer line. Delhi police have advised those traveling from Anand Vihar to Noida to use Khichripur Road. In a social media update, the Delhi police stated, "Traffic is affected on Gazipur Dairy Farm Road due to damage of sewer line. Repair work is going on. Commuters coming from Anand Vihar & going towards Noida may use Khichripur Road. Commuters coming from Noida and Vasundhara may use Khichripur/Chand Cinema Road."

Repair efforts are currently underway, with more updates expected soon. Meanwhile, an additional advisory has been issued regarding water logging at Mundka. Commuters from Bahadurgarh heading to Peeragarhi are urged to take the Jharodha-Najafgarh route or via UER-II and then Najafgarh-Nangloi Road to reach Peeragarhi.

Drivers coming from Peeragarhi are advised to use the Outer Ring Road-District Centre Janakpuri-Najafgarh route to reach Bahadurgarh or Tikri Border. The general public and motorists are asked to stay patient, adhere to traffic rules, and follow directions from traffic personnel stationed at intersections. (ANI)
