Security Forces Unearth Concealed Terrorist Hideout in Rajouri Forests

Security forces uncovered an underground terrorist hideout in Rajouri's Sagrawat village. The operation involved multiple agencies and yielded various supplies and weaponry. The terrorists' plot was thwarted as searches continue.

In a significant breakthrough, security forces discovered an underground terrorist hideout on Tuesday evening in the dense forests of Sagrawat village, located in the Darhal police station area of Rajouri district. The operation was conducted based on precise intelligence inputs.

A joint Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) was launched by the police from Darhal, SoG, Army's Rashtriya Rifles, and CRPF. The forces successfully located and unearthed the underground hideout concealed beneath thick forest cover.

The search operation led to the recovery of various supplies, including four LPG cylinders, multiple ammunition magazines, and a communication set. Other recovered items comprised food supplies, utensils, power banks, and personal effects. Jammu and Kashmir police confirmed ongoing searches and asserted that the terrorists' plans had been effectively disrupted.
