The All India Coordination Meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) began in Palakkad, Kerala, drawing prominent RSS leaders and members from affiliated organizations. This significant gathering will run until September 2.
Key figures present include RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale, as well as senior national office bearers. Noteworthy attendees from affiliated organizations include Shantakka Chief Director of the Rashtriya Sevika Samiti, and J.P. Nadda, President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, among others.
This marks the first national Samanvay Baithak in Kerala. The event opened with a briefing on the recent Wayanad landslide, where RSS volunteers played an active role in relief efforts. Discussions over the next few days will cover national interests, social changes, and strategies for mutual cooperation. The RSS aims for a nationwide social transformation in its centenary year, focusing on Social Harmony, Family Awakening, Environmental Issues, National Selfhood, and Civic Duties.
