Describing itself as the world's largest fertilizer cooperative, IFFCO emphasized that buyers opt for such platforms at their own risk, warning of misleading prices and potential sale of discarded products. It announced plans for legal action against entities involved in unauthorized sales without a relevant FCO licence.

For over five decades, IFFCO has been serving farmers, and it asserted that only authorized retailers could distribute its products through approved channels. Official prices can be checked on the company's website, and IFFCO cautioned against fraudulent franchise offers or solicitations for money in its name. Buyers are urged to verify purchases through its authorized stores or official website to guarantee authenticity.
