Rajasthan's government is poised to present its fiscal roadmap for 2025-26 on Wednesday. The state's Budget, orchestrated under the stewardship of Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Diya Kumari, will be laid out in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly at 11 a.m.
Having finalized the Budget on Tuesday, Minister Kumari took to social media platform X to announce 'Rajasthan Budget 2025-26 finalized,' accompanied by a photo of the document with senior officials. The involved officials include Additional Chief Secretary (Finance) Akhil Arora, Principal Secretary (Budget) Debashish Prishti, and others.
The legislative session commenced on January 31 with Governor Haribhau Bagde's address, followed by the government's response on February 7. The House is scheduled to reconvene on February 18 in anticipation of the Budget presentation.
