These branches are exclusively operated by female staff, aiming to celebrate the influence of women in social and economic spheres.
The initiative marks International Women's Day, presenting a strong statement from IIFL Finance in supporting female entrepreneurship and financial literacy. According to a company statement, 'Shakti' branches will offer special benefits and programs tailored for women borrowers and entrepreneurs.
The move also generates employment for women, with each branch creating opportunities for up to forty female professionals. Through these branches, IIFL Finance aims to drive social change and empower women with the tools for financial independence.
