Operation Sindoor: India's Strategic Strike Against Terror Camps

India's Armed Forces executed Operation Sindoor, targeting nine terror camps in Pakistan and PoJK. This was a response to the Pahalgam attack, which killed 26 civilians. In a decisive move hailed by Indian political figures, the Indian Armed Forces launched 'Operation Sindoor,' striking nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK). This operation was executed as retribution for the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed 26 civilian lives.

Leader of the Opposition in West Bengal, Suvendu Adhikari, praised the forces, attributing the mission's success to the Indian army and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Despite the political tension, Adhikari emphasized the significance of the operation as a day of victory for the nation.

The military operation was conducted meticulously to avoid civilian casualties and infrastructure damage, as highlighted by Wing Commander Vyomika Singh during a media briefing alongside Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and Colonel Sofiya Qureshi. The strategic selection of sites aimed at dismantling terror networks without collateral damage, resonating India's commitment to justice and international security.
