Arvind Kejriwal, national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party, paid homage to Lance Naik Dinesh Kumar, an Indian Army soldier who tragically lost his life due to unprovoked shelling by Pakistan across the Line of Control (LoC). Kejriwal expressed the nation's respect through a post on X, honoring Dinesh Kumar's bravery.

The poignant message, delivered in Hindi, sought solace for the soldier's soul and strength for his grieving family. Heartbreaking scenes from Kumar's home revealed a distraught wife, devastated parents, and a community united in mourning. Dinesh Kumar's legacy is carried on by his wife, two children, parents, and siblings.

His brother, Kapil, shared the harrowing details with ANI, recounting the sequence of alarming phone calls. Initially informed of his brother's serious condition and subsequent surgery, Kapil later learned of his sibling's passing. The White Knight Corps, confirming the soldier's death via social media, saluted the sacrifice of Lance Naik Dinesh Kumar of the 5 Field Regiment.
