Family Injured in Delhi Audi-Motorcycle Collision

A high-speed collision involving an Audi car and a motorcycle in Delhi's Bhogal area injured a family, including a 1-year-old girl. The Audi driver was apprehended and an investigation is ongoing.

In a distressing incident in Delhi's Bhogal area early Thursday, a speeding Audi vehicle collided with a motorcycle, injuring a family of three, including a 1-year-old child. The young girl was admitted to the AIIMS Trauma Centre, along with her parents.

The family, comprising 29-year-old Parvaiz, his wife, and their daughter, were traveling through Bhogal Chowk when an Audi, reportedly driven at excessive speed, hit their motorcycle. Emergency services promptly transported the injured to the AIIMS Trauma Centre, where Parvaiz and his wife received treatment for minor injuries and were subsequently discharged. Their daughter remained under observation but was later released.

Law enforcement identified the Audi driver as Rashit Kumar, a 21-year-old from Old Rajinder Nagar. He has since been apprehended, and a case has been filed at Hazrat Nizamuddin Police Station. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the incident, with the vehicle found damaged at the scene.
