The Himachal Pradesh government is taking significant strides to promote natural farming by purchasing 2,123 quintals of naturally grown wheat this year. This initiative aims to bolster sustainable agriculture practices across the state, with officials revealing notable benefits for participating farmers.

State support includes higher minimum support prices for crops like wheat, maize, and turmeric, alongside a transportation subsidy. Consequently, substantial funds have been transferred directly to farmers' accounts, supporting nearly 3,990 quintals of maize and 1,270 quintals of turmeric procurements.

The 'Him-Bhog' brand is emerging as a beacon of quality, offering chemical-free products to consumers. The government continues to train farmers, aiming to expand natural farming across Himachal Pradesh, with 59,068 newcomers registered this year.
