RSS Chief Bhagwat Calls for Reintegration of 'Seva' in Health and Education

RSS leader Mohan Bhagwat voiced his concern about the commercialization of India's health and educational institutions. Speaking in Indore, Bhagwat urged a return to service-oriented practices, criticizing how centralization has led healthcare and education to become inaccessible and costly for the general populace.

Amid growing concerns over the accessibility of healthcare and education in India, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has reaffirmed the need for a service-oriented approach. Inaugurating the Cancer Care Centre at Madhav Srishti Arogya Kendra in Indore, Bhagwat voiced his worries about these essential sectors becoming 'commercialized'.

Once seen as fundamental services for the common man, Bhagwat pointed out that both healthcare and education have become out of reach financially. Centralization, driven by commercial interests, has further compounded the issue, requiring citizens to travel extensively for such essential services.

Contrasting Western individualism, Bhagwat emphasized the Indian philosophy that encourages societal upliftment through service or 'Dharma'. He argued that returning to an ethos of service will bring about more equitable access, asserting that wealth used for societal welfare leads to genuine peace.
