The Delhi High Court on Tuesday confirmed the validity of Davinder Kumar Jain's Will, the late founder of the Luxor Group, amidst family legal challenges. Judges Anil Kshetarpal and Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar upheld an earlier order in favor of executor Sanjay Kalra, negating Priya Jain's challenge and affecting her partition suit over the estate.

The Bench reaffirmed the probate originally granted to Usha Jain, widow of DKJ, highlighting that the Will allocated all assets including his 50% stake in the Qutab Hotel to her, with succession provisions for the children. Priya Jain had argued the Will was forged due to variations and timing but the Court found no merit in these claims.

Testimonies from attesting witness Mahesh Kumar Gupta reinforced the authenticity of the Will, further corroborated by Priya Jain's previous acknowledgments in documents. The Division Bench ruled out discrepancies such as registration status and drew no negative inferences from Usha Jain's absence from personal testimony, declaring the Will legally sound and all appeals dismissed.
