The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, situated in southern Ukraine and under Russian control, faces a power predicament as it continues to remain disconnected from an external power source amidst escalating tensions.
According to the RIA state news agency on Monday, the plant's operations have been forced to rely on reserve generators following the severing of an external power line.
The plant's Russian-controlled management assures that the situation is under control despite the challenges posed by the disconnection.
