A lethal blast claimed the lives of two individuals on a bus transporting laborers in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa verified the tragedy, reporting that a fire erupted following the explosion of a cylinder on the bus coming from an adjacent state. Two LPG cylinders were onboard, with the blast occurring as the vehicle traversed beneath a high-tension wire.
Bairwa assured that those injured have been hospitalized, and authorities are probing the circumstances of the explosion. "The bus, filled with laborers from another state, experienced a fire sparked by the detonation of one of its two LPG cylinders. As it navigated under a high-tension wire, the unfortunate blast occurred, claiming two lives," Bairwa stated to ANI.
Rajasthan's Chief Minister, Bhajanlal Sharma, expressed his condolences, instructing concerned officials to provide comprehensive medical treatment for the injured. "The fatal bus incident in Manoharpur, Jaipur, saddens me profoundly. I've directed authorities to ensure the injured receive adequate medical care. My thoughts are with the departed, hoping for their peace, and I wish the injured a swift recovery," Sharma noted on X.
