IndusInd Bank's promoter, IndusInd International Holdings Limited (IIHL), has collaborated with US-based Invesco to establish a joint venture focused on asset management. This follows IIHL's acquisition of a 60% ownership stake in Invesco Asset Management India (IAMI), with Invesco retaining a 40% stake.

The newly formed asset management entity leverages Invesco's international investment expertise alongside IIHL's extensive distribution network across India. As of September 2025, IAMI ranks as the 16th largest domestic asset manager with assets under management of Rs 1,48,358 crore, serving 45 million customers across 40 cities.

Co-leaders from both companies, including IAMI CEO Saurabh Nanavati, have committed to maintaining a focus on investment excellence and exceptional client service, ensuring consistent management practices. The joint venture aspires to reach a wider Indian market, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, while offering expanded financial solutions.
