The disruption of IndiGo's flight operations intensified nationwide on Saturday, stranding passengers and causing widespread delays at airports. In an atmosphere of mounting frustration, Jammu Airport experienced cancelled services, leaving a deserted terminal and bewildered travellers.

Kashish, a traveller at Jammu Airport, shared his plight of accompanying his aunt, stuck for hours without any clarity on flight rescheduling.

Across India, similar frustration was palpable. Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport in Chandigarh saw passengers vexed by multiple cancellations. Karan, affected by the delay, voiced his concerns over uncertain flight departures. In Rajasthan, lengthy queues formed at the airport, compounded by Bhojraj Jain's story of repeated cancellations.

Airport data highlighted massive disruptions. Hyderabad Airport listed 69 planned cancellations, including 26 arrivals and 43 departures. Delhi Airport reported 86 cancellations, and Ahmedabad Airport saw 35 departures and 24 arrivals nixed. Kolkata Airport was scheduled for 73 arrivals and 102 departures, with 21 arrivals and 20 departures cancelled.

The chaos left thousands stranded, stressing IndiGo's operational challenges and pressing the airline to improve communication and alleviate passenger inconvenience.
