Tragic Collision on Jaipur-Bikaner Highway Claims Three Lives

A fatal bus-truck collision on the Jaipur-Bikaner National Highway near Fatehpur resulted in three deaths and 28 injuries. Passengers, mostly from Valsad, Gujarat, were en route from a temple visit. An investigation is ongoing as seven individuals remain critically injured.

A fatal accident on the Jaipur-Bikaner National Highway claimed three lives and left at least 28 others injured when a sleeper bus collided with a truck near Fatehpur on Tuesday night. The incident took place at around 11 pm, involving passengers returning from a religious visit.

The bus, carrying around 50 passengers mostly from Valsad, Gujarat, was traveling from Bikaner to Jaipur while the truck was headed in the opposite direction from Jhunjhunu. The collision resulted in severe injuries, with seven individuals in critical condition.

Fatehpur SHO, Mahendra Kumar, stated that post-mortems are being conducted, and the injured have been hospitalized. An investigation into the cause of the crash is currently underway, and more information will be released as it becomes available.
