With over 25 years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, and clean technologies, Jain brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his new role. Before joining LNJ Bhilwara Group, he was the founder and CEO of Aplos Ventures Private Ltd, focusing on solar and cleantech innovations. His leadership tenure included a significant 11-year stint as CEO of Mahindra Susten, where he spearheaded solar projects exceeding 1,000 MW in capacity.

Jain's career is dotted with senior leadership roles at Vedanta Resources, the Mahindra Group, Hinduja Renewables, GVK Group, and Raymond, showcasing his expertise in business transformation and strategic planning.
