Russian forces hit Kyiv with drones and missiles, one injured, power cut, officials say
Russian forces launched a combined drone and missile attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv early on Tuesday, injuring at least one person, triggering fires and disrupting electricity supplies, local officials said.
Mayor Vitali Klitscho, writing on Telegram, said a strike on the east bank of the Dnipro River hit a non-residential building and injured one person. Drone fragments had fallen in one area and power supplies were disrupted, he said.
Tymur Tkachenko, head of the capital's military administration, said a storage area had been damaged and several cars set ablaze.
