In Arjunpur village, an incident unfolded resulting in the tragic death of a lineman, Rang Bahadur, during power line maintenance.
Despite completing work and taking necessary shutdown measures, a high-tension line unexpectedly remained live. Bahadur suffered from severe electric shock, leading to his death.
The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Motigarpur Police Station, and officers state Bahadur worked for a contractor tasked with relocating the line. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the oversight.
