On Thursday, Acme Solar Holdings announced the signing of two significant power purchase agreements (PPAs) with SJVN Ltd through its subsidiary, ACME Greentech Seventh Pvt Ltd. These agreements are set to provide 450 MW under a new Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) Power Project.

The PPAs, with a duration of 25 years, were finalized on March 2. This follows the competitive bidding process, including an e-reverse auction held on October 9, 2025. The letter of award was subsequently received on November 10, 2025.

These projects will integrate into ISTS substations, leveraging Acme Solar's established night-time connectivity within high solar irradiation areas in Rajasthan. This marks a strategic enhancement in renewable energy capabilities, bringing Acme Solar's signed capacity to a noteworthy 6,270 MW.
