Regional Governor Oleh Kiper assured that fires sparked by the attack were rapidly brought under control, with no reported casualties. Critical infrastructure is now operating on backup power to mitigate further disruptions.

In the town of Izmail, Ukraine's largest port on the Danube, Russian drones inflicted significant damage on infrastructure and residential buildings. The attack prompted Romania's defense ministry to investigate reports of drone fragments falling in the vicinity of the village of Plauru, across the river from Ukraine.
