Empowering Women: A New Era of Opportunities Unveiled at the Mega Job Fair

In a significant boost to women's employment, over 6,000 women secured jobs during the Women's Mega Job Fair-2026. Organized by the Women and Child Development Corporation, this landmark event saw 18,500 women register for employment opportunities.

The fair featured participation from a diverse range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, logistics, beauty and wellness, and textiles. The health sector notably offered the most positions, totaling 1,228, according to state officials.

Held under the 'Saat Nischay-3' initiative, the fair reflects the state government's commitment to improving ease of living for women and fostering new career paths. Secretary Bandana Preyashi highlighted the participants' enthusiasm and readiness to embrace new opportunities.
