According to Aselsan General Manager Ahmet Akyol, the firm is set to increase its product delivery by 50% by 2026, marking a substantial contribution to Turkey's air defense advancements. The components include early warning radars and electronic combat systems, crucial for the Steel Dome, Turkey's take on Israel's Iron Dome.

Turkey is investing heavily in its defense industry to reduce reliance on foreign suppliers.
