The data showed that the highest concentrations of drones were brought down on May 13 and May 17, with 572 and 1,054 units destroyed, respectively. These interceptions primarily took place over European Russia.

In a significant escalation, four individuals were killed, including three in the Moscow region, after Ukraine launched what local officials described as the most extensive overnight drone attack on the Russian capital in more than a year.
