The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is ramping up its organizational efforts ahead of the 2027 Uttarakhand Assembly elections. National President Nitin Nabin is set to engage in a pivotal two-day tour of Uttarakhand on May 29 and 30, which will encompass a detailed examination of the state government's and party's functioning. The visit also aims at fine-tuning the electoral strategy for reclaiming lost assembly seats and enhancing booth-level management.

State BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt conveyed to ANI over the phone the meticulous preparations in place for the national chief's visit, featuring a schedule packed with programs from his arrival at the airport to his engagements at the party headquarters. Bhatt highlighted that Nabin would offer crucial guidance to party workers and leaders to gear up for the forthcoming assembly elections, signaling the party's organizational apparatus to swiftly transition into 'election mode.'

Earlier, the BJP's national leader Nitin Nabin participated in a core committee meeting at the Odisha BJP headquarters in Bhubaneswar, with notable attendees including Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. On his two-day Odisha visit, Nabin plans to chair strategic meetings focused on empowering local leadership, particularly for the upcoming Panchayat elections. His itinerary includes chairing the Core Committee meeting and overseeing district-level training sessions, with an emphasis on tailoring electoral strategies by drawing on local insights.
