Jones, Jackson advance to Republican primary runoff in Georgia governor race

​Burt ​Jones ‌and Rick ​Jackson ‌advanced to a primary runoff in the ‌Republican Party's race ‌to be candidate for governor of ⁠the ​U.S. ⁠state of Georgia ⁠in November's election, media ​reported on Tuesday.

They ⁠are hoping to ⁠take ​over from Brian ⁠Kemp, a Republican blocked ⁠from ⁠running again by term ‌limits.
