A recent viral complaint by CBSE student Vedant has led to the board addressing an alleged mix-up of his exam answer sheet. Vedant's brother, Siddhant Srivastava, confirmed that the CBSE Board sent the correct answer sheet after the issue gained significant online traction.
Speaking with ANI, Siddhant revealed that Vedant's marks had increased following the correction. The family now intends to apply for a re-evaluation, pointing out that Vedant was awarded zero marks for questions he thoroughly answered.
Siddhant argues this situation underscores the need for systemic reforms, urging CBSE to create a formal platform for students to resolve evaluation errors without resorting to viral campaigns. This follows Vedant's exposure of the alleged swap via an online post.
