On Tuesday, Arvind Kejriwal, national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), accused the Enforcement Directorate (ED) of targeting and harassing small Hindu traders in Punjab through raids. Kejriwal took to social media to allege that the ED's activities are unfairly directed at Hindu traders in the state.

In his public address, Kejriwal called upon the trading community not to be alarmed, assuring them of full support from the Punjab government. He emphasized, “I appeal to all traders - there is no need to panic. The entire Punjab and its government stand with you, ready to confront the ED collectively.”

Simultaneously, the Enforcement Directorate conducted operations at six locations. The raids took place in Ludhiana and Jalandhar in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and the Delhi-Noida region. These actions are part of an ongoing investigation into money laundering allegations involving Hampton Sky Realty Ltd., as confirmed by officials.
