Miracle Rescue: Newborn Found Abandoned in Lucknow

A newborn baby girl was found abandoned near the Convention Centre in the Ghazipur police station area of Lucknow late Thursday. Police said they discovered the infant wrapped in clothes around 11:30 p.m. on June 11.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) East, Amol Murkut, reported that officers quickly arrived at the scene to take custody of the infant. The baby was then transferred to the Child Helpline following a medical check-up that confirmed her good health.

The baby girl appears to be in stable condition with no health issues reported. Authorities have initiated a further investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding her abandonment.
