A couple in Gurugram has accused an IVF center of a child swap after DNA tests reportedly showed inconsistencies, failing to confirm the maternity and paternity of one of their children. The couple is demanding a thorough investigation into the incident.

According to complainant Rahul Rathore, the IVF procedure took place at a clinic in Greater Kailash, with egg retrieval and semen collection on February 13, and embryo transfer on May 14. Concerns arose when the babies were born on January 5, as one baby bore no resemblance to the family.

Despite seeking help from the hospital and the State Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Department, no action was taken until court intervention led to an FIR being filed but then stayed immediately, complicating the investigation process. Rathore highlighted the lack of clear guidelines and called for a fair probe into their serious allegations.
