The President of United States Donald Trump said on Friday that guns should not be given in the hands of mentally ill or deranged people. He said in a tweet that serious discussions are taking place between House and Senate leadership on meaningful Background Checks and he has also spoken to the NRA and others so that their very strong views can be fully represented and respected.
