U'khand HC exercises caution against COVID 19

The Uttarakhand High Court on Monday decided to exercise caution amid the coronavirus outbreak.  Only urgent matters will be heard by the court till March 31, a notice issued by the high court registrar said

No case will be dismissed in the absence of the counsel, it added.   Litigants were also banned from entering the court premises except when called upon by the court

Advocates have also been asked not to visit the association hall to avoid overcrowding, the notice said.
