Kerry meets Pope Francis privately, says he is in great form and spirits

U.S. Climate envoy John Kerry on Monday became the first official to have a private audience with Pope Francis following the pontiff's discharge from hospital and told Reuters in an interview that he found him "in great spirits and in great form".

Francis, 86, left Rome's Gemelli hospital on Friday, nine days after surgery to repair an abdominal hernia.
