Terumo India Launches Advanced TREO Stent-Graft System for Endovascular Aneurysm Repair

Terumo India, a subsidiary of Terumo Corporation, has announced the launch of the TREO® Stent-Graft System, which targets the treatment of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms. With unique design features and enhanced stability, this innovation aims to improve patient outcomes and address the rising prevalence of abdominal aortic aneurysms in India.

Terumo India, the Indian arm of Terumo Corporation, has unveiled the TREO® Stent-Graft System, a next-generation solution for Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR). This system is purpose-built for treating infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms in adults with appropriate anatomies.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Shishir Agarwal, President and Managing Director of Terumo India Private Limited, highlighted the growing need for advanced treatment options for abdominal aortic aneurysms, affecting 1 in 10,000 people annually in India. He emphasized Terumo Aortic's focus on innovative, reliable, and effective endovascular solutions to enhance patient care.
