A power outage disrupted services in several blocks of Sawai Man Singh hospital, Rajasthan's largest state-run medical facility, on Thursday. Patients faced inconvenience as outpatient, X-ray, sonography, and registration services were impacted.
Hospital Superintendent Dr. Sushil Bhati attributed the outage to rain and mentioned that it took about 40 minutes for the electricity department to rectify the problem.
Although many services were affected, Dr. Bhati confirmed that the operation theatre and emergency services continued to function without disruption.
