The Indian Cancer Genome Atlas (ICGA) has launched a cancer multi-omics data portal providing open access to clinically correlated data from Indian cancer patients. The platform, which currently contains information on 50 breast cancer patients, aims to expand to 500 patients. This initiative is designed to foster personalized treatment protocols and promote collaboration in cancer research.

The ICGA Foundation operates as a Section 8 not-for-profit organization, supported by a public-private-philanthropic partnership along with contributions from over 50 clinicians, researchers, and data analysts.
