Aster DM Healthcare Expands Bengaluru Reach with New Hospital

Aster DM Healthcare announced plans on Wednesday to invest Rs 480 crore in constructing a 430-bed multispecialty hospital in Bengaluru. The facility will be located in Sarjapur, as stated by the company.
The new hospital marks Aster's fourth in the city, covering approximately 4 lakh square feet. Phase one, with 300 beds, is expected to be operational by the second half of FY27, with the remaining 130 beds slated for completion by FY29.
''This facility represents a milestone in our Bengaluru expansion and our broader vision of enhancing access to advanced medical services,'' said Aster DM Healthcare Founder & Chairman Azad Moopen. The hospital will feature a comprehensive focus on oncology care, solidifying Aster's continued leadership in southern India.
